What happened
From October 13 to October 25, the Reading, Pennsylvania Book Drive collected more than 15 boxes of books for The Konima Institute.
Current status
The books have been shipped and are awaiting arrival in Freetown. Once they arrive, Konima will add photos, inventory notes, and program updates showing how the books are used.
Why it matters
Access to books is one of the simplest constraints to name and one of the hardest to solve consistently. This book drive gives Konima a practical base for book clubs, writing workshops, school library support, and reading access for young people.
