From October 13 to October 25, supporters in Reading, Pennsylvania collected more than 15 boxes of books for The Konima Institute.

The books have been shipped and are awaiting arrival in Freetown. Once they arrive, Konima will document the shipment with photos, inventory notes, and distribution updates.

These books will support the institute's book clubs, writing workshops, school library work, and reading spaces for young people in Sierra Leone.

Book access alone does not solve literacy. But without books, the work becomes harder than it needs to be. This drive gives Konima a practical starting point.
