Three partner schools piloted story labs this year. The goal was simple: create structured space for students to write, revise, and present their own work.

School leaders observed stronger communication confidence and improved collaboration in mixed-age groups.

The next phase includes teacher support sessions and a shared framework for evaluating student progress.

As partnerships scale, Konima will publish periodic updates on participation, quality, and outcomes.
